Delivery and returns

Delivery

Where we deliver: all over the UK.

Cost: £5 per order. Free on orders of £99 or more.

How long it takes: orders usually arrive within 7 days. We'll email you when your order is on its way.

Age check on delivery: our cocktails contain alcohol. The person who receives the order must be 18 or over, and may be asked for ID. If nobody 18 or over is there, the order will go back to us, and we may charge for redelivery.

Venue orders: trade boxes are delivered free when you order 3 or more. Order by Monday for delivery that Friday.

Returns and refunds

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just email enquiries@tipsytinnies.co.uk. Send the tins back unopened and in their original condition within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund you, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of getting them back. You pay the cost of sending them back.

Damaged, faulty or wrong? Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll get in touch to put it right with a replacement or a refund. You won't have to pay to send anything back.

Opened tins: we can't take back tins that have been opened, unless they're faulty.

Your legal rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
