Who we are

This shop is run by Tipsy Tinnies Ltd (details below).

Over 18s only

Our products contain alcohol. By ordering, you confirm you're 18 or over. We won't sell to anyone under 18, and we may cancel an order if we think the buyer or recipient is underage.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

Minimum orders

Single tins have a minimum of 12 per order, in any mix of flavours. Trade prices are for approved trade customers only. Venue boxes are 12 tins of one flavour, with a minimum of 3 boxes for trade prices. We may cancel and refund an order that doesn't meet these minimums.

Your order

Once you've paid, we'll email to confirm your order. If something is out of stock, we'll let you know and refund you for anything we can't send. See delivery and returns for delivery times, cancelling and refunds.

Drink responsibly

Please enjoy our cocktails responsibly. Sealed tins keep for six months. Once opened, drink straight away.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
